The service includes the collection of a bag of up to a maximum of 32 kg from your home, the dispatch to the departure port and, at the end of the cruise, delivery back to your home.

The maximum amount of luggage allowed on board is 2 pieces per person (hand luggage excluded).

The service is available for cruises departing from one of the following ports:
ITALY: Bari, Civitavecchia, Genoa, Napoli, Savona, Trieste and Venezia – Marghera;
FRANCE: Marseille;
SPAIN: Barcelona, Tarragona and Valencia.

This service is available for people living in one of the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

In UE are therefore reachable all locations with the exception of: the Channel Islands, the Canary Islands, the cities of Ceuta and Melilla, Madeira, Porto Santo, Malta and Cyprus.
